What I do: • List your home on MLS • Free Comparative Market Analysis • Prepare listing documentation • Buying & Selling consultation • Uploading up to 10 pictures for your property • Video Tour (additional fee - $100) • For Sale sign (if required) • Promote on darshaktailor.com • Advertise on the internet • Promote on Social Media • Provide Title Search • Manage your appointments • Present offers via fax/email until your property is sold • Negotiate the sale and represent you through the closing of the deal • Legal Coordination • Walk you through the completion of the sale, including legal coordination
What the Seller needs to do: • Meet with me to list your property • Prepare your home for potential buyers • Allow prospective Buyers and other Realtors to show your home • Order Strata Documents (strata units only)
